Please tell me what kind of signal you use to record these sporting events. Cable? FIOS? Satellite? Thanks.
An antenna, actually, in this case.
Okay, I use an antenna too, but am getting far worse results here in DC. My graphics are much blurrier/fuzzier than yours:

Your FOX logo in the upper right hand corner and the FOX Nascar logo on the scrollbar are much sharper than mine, not to mention the overall picture. What FOX affiliate are you recording this from?
